The Lord though the final authority with supreme and infinite power is a patient observer of activities within His creation yet in full control. His ‘eyes’ move ‘to and fro’ his creation looking for those whose hearts are right that He may manifest Himself through them. So how can our hearts be right?
Your heart is right when you put God as the ultimate determinant of all your actions and choices. Even your very existence within His creation is made subject to the same. He would usually make Himself manifest under such situation.
